Fifty percent of the proceeds from the sale of license plates go directly to the RiteCare of Washington programs. To apply for yours:

1. Complete a Special License Plate Application
   
2. Contact your local vehicle licensing office to determine the exact cost of your plates.
3. Take the completed application plus all appropriate fees to a vehicle licensing office or:
